Mr. Fuertes is currently acting as the Principal Engineer at MFS. Mr. Fuertes has over 20 years of experience and has gained a broad knowledge of construction management and general construction. He is skilled in the preparation of erection and staging plans, crane rigging, solar panel array plans, and site investigation. He has vast experience in developments for small to large commercial and private clients, government buildings and tasks, and major civil work including high-end architectural concrete, among others. As an engineer, Mr. Fuertes has excelled in the design of support of excavation, retaining walls, deep and shallow foundation, waterproofing, and under slab drainage. He has completed numerous successful pre-construction surveys and monitoring of surrounding structures during construction. During his Masters at Berkeley, he did numerous studies with the Civil Department.
